Sinter Form Designs in currently in the process of designing and constructing the 1st 3D printed home for Washington State, to be printed at the end of 2022. The home's unique design is a result of the freedom that this versatile building technology offers, 3D Construction Printing. The spacious one bedroom one bath home was designed specific for the site in Olympia Washington. Using site weather data; Natural Ventilation, Wind Velocity, Wind Direction, Solar Radiation and Existing Vegetation all played a part in the overall design form. Currently the project is in Construction Documents and will be our companies first proof of concept for prefab 3DCP.
